The Estero Bay Surf Club proudly invites you to the infamous Big, Bad and Ugly Surf Invitational. “The Ugly” is one of the most challenging surfing event in the Coalition of Surfing Clubs’ schedule. The Estero Bay Surf Club will host a dinner Saturday evening.
DATE & LOCATION: February 18 & 19, 2017 (Presidents Weekend), “The Rock” in Morro Bay
FORMAT:
A two-day event:
1st Day – Saturday, Feb. 18th – Long Board Contest, 1st heat 7:00AM. This is a longboard & shortboard event with a SUP division – A longboard is 9 feet or 3 feet over your head.
2nd Day – Sunday, Feb. 19th Long Board, Short Board & SUP second day heats and finals.
DINNER: Saturday, Feb. 18th – 5:00 PM – Dinner, Raffle, & Music at Morro Bay Community Center, 1001 Kennedy Way, Morro Bay.
ENTRY: Entry – $85.00 (EBSC $75) Grom $45 Includes: 1 Ugly T-shirt, 1 awards dinner ticket, Note: Add $5.00 if planning to surf in two segments. Example: Longboard and shortboard or shortboard and SUP. Add $10.00 if surfing all three venues.

SIGN UP NOW: We are looking forward to your club members enjoying a great day of surfing on the Central Coast. “The Ugly” strives to promote friendship between the Coalition of Surf Club participants. The intent of “the Ugly” is all out fun and there is no limit to the number of entrants from each club. Entries will be accepted on a first come/ first serve basis. The Estero Bay Surf Club will consider the first 96 entries and will form a waiting list in each division after that. Please notify us by phone (or email) of your club’s interest for early planning.
